For the 5,000 faculty and administrative staff at Princeton, delivering the best classroom experience means having the most up-to-date software on their computers. But making that possible was becoming more challenging for the university’s 11-person Office of Information Technology (OIT) Software Support team, which manages the desktop infrastructure.
